Administer variety of academic services, including admissions, registration, ensuring delivery of applicable services; update course rotations and schedules as needed; implement events and activities; advise students regarding School and University academic requirements; assist with development and marketing of curriculum and programs. Research, develop and administer summer programming.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in arts related discipline (e.g., Dance, Theater, etc.)
Required Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience and entry-level knowledge of planning and implementing special events, supervising office operations and staff, and administering budgets which may have been acquired through a course of study.
Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in an academic or arts environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Some knowledge of a web-based and/or a desktop publishing application.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access). Experience maintaining a web site.
