The Scheduling Manager position oversees all requests for use of space managed by The Clarice Management staff and the related support spaces. The primary responsibility of the Scheduling Manager position is the accurate and timely management of the scheduling process and providing excellent customer service to those who utilize spaces managed by The Clarice Management staff. This includes managing the requests between space users, support staff, and updating the scheduling stakeholders of all changes as necessary and requires knowledge of the priorities, best practices, and policies that govern space usage. The Scheduling Manager is responsible for the administration of the systems necessary for collaborative scheduling across The Clarice and its partners.
Minimum: -Bachelor’s Degree -3-5 years progressive professional experience in a position with project, event management, venue booking and/or related venue scheduling responsibilities.
Preferred: -Event Management Systems (EMS) software experience. -Google workplace product integration. -Experience working in a partnership based multi-venue organization. -Production management and/or stage management experience.
