NYU Steinhardt Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions Program in Vocal Performance seeks qualified candidates to teach Graduate Level Opera Workshop III: Business and Audition Skills. Instructor must have a working knowledge of operatic repertoire, connection to the opera industry, and the skill set associated with success in the field of operatic performance. Applicants must be available to teach weekly scheduled classes during the academic year.
Master's degree required.
Successful performance and university teaching experience in the field.
Specializations in lyric diction, vocal coaching, stage direction, vocal pedagogy or other related fields are of benefit.

Two video recordings not longer than 15 minutes each:
Working with a student on operatic material in a private voice lesson, coaching or performance based class.
