Patron Services Manager
Capitol Theatre - Yakima
The Patron Services Manager (PSM) is a key member of the leadership team for the Capitol Theatre Committee (CTC). The PSM oversees the box office and all front-of-house operations of the Capitol Theatre facilities and other venues as contracted. The PSM cultivates and maintains relationships with Capitol Theatre patrons and facility users through dynamic engagement (including social media) to ensure a positive experience. This individual hires, trains, schedules, and supervises part-time box office assistants and front-of-house staff. The PSM establishes protocols for handling the Capitol Theatre’s ticketing needs, patron-related services, and the needs of other associations utilizing Capitol Theatre Committee (CTC) facilities and services. This position reports to the CEO of the CTC working in partnership with the CTC management team to create and facilitate an overall customer-centric corporate philosophy for all CTC employees, volunteers, vendors, clients, donors, and customers. Oversees the house management, usher, bar, and box office personnel.
