PhD in Public Policy, Public Administration or other relevant field, or foreign equivalent required.
We are interested in candidates whose scholarship is in Public Financial Management which encompasses the following areas: public budgeting, public finance, tax policy, public capital markets, governmental accounting, or financial reporting.
Candidates who fail to satisfy minimum qualifications cannot be considered for this position.
