Position Summary:Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre, 9 – month, tenure track position. Continued engagement in the profession through research and/or creative activities is expected. Duties will include teaching a four (4) course load each semester with course release for Musical Directing each semester. Courses taught may include song study, musicianship, ensembles, etc, dependent on the candidates area of expertise. Will work closely with the Musical Theatre Program Coordinator on season selection, casting, productions and curriculum development.Minimum Qualifications:Masters degree in Theatre, Music, Musical Theatre, or closely related field, OR comparable/significant professional experience in Musical Theatre and/or teach
