ASKus Service Point Manager – The University Libraries is seeking a dynamic, customer-service oriented individual to manage and oversee multiple ASKus service point locations across both campuses. This position, part of the Access Services management team, is responsible for the daily operation of ASKus service points in the Love, CY Thompson, Music, Engineering, Math, Geology, and Architecture libraries. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of procedures and the compilation of statistical and operational reports. This position acts as a liaison to other UNL Libraries' units and departments and other non-UNL libraries in regard to circulation services.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of related experience;. Work history will demonstrate Strong interpersonal, customer service, and supervisory skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work without close supervision; Excellent computer skills; Ability to analyze problems and make sound judgments; Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Library Science or related field. Supervisory experience.
Posted Salary: $42,000/yr minimum
