FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Bronx Community College seeks to hire Adjunct Lecturers or Adjunct Assistant Professors in the Art & Music Department with the ability to teach courses in Art History and in Graphic and Web Design. Day, Evening, Saturday, Sunday and online teaching may be required.
For Adjunct Assistant Professor:
Ph.D. or equivalent for Art History, M.F.A. or equivalent for Studio Art; M.F.A. or M.S. in appropriate field for Graphic and Web Design. Also required is the ability to teach successfully. Minimum 2-years college teaching experience preferred. For Graphic and Web Design, minimum 2-years industry experience preferred. Experience in teaching in distance learning mode preferred.
For Adjunct Lecturer:
Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully. Master's degree and/or at least 1-year teaching experience preferred. For Graphic and Web Design, 1-year industry experience preferred. Experience in teaching in distance learning mode preferred.
