The College of Fine Arts at the University of Kentucky (UK) seeks a dynamic, visionary, and team-oriented Director for the Singletary Center for the Arts. The Singletary Center for the Arts, the College’s performing arts facility, supports the School of Music and presents national and international artists and speakers to facilitate the College’s mission of providing artistic and cultural experiences for the education and benefit of students, the University, and the Commonwealth. This position is the Center’s primary academic, administrative, and public advocate, and reports to the Dean of the College of Fine Arts. The Director should be an accomplished administrator, experienced with strategic planning and building relationships, and possess a commitment to advancement of the Arts. A substantial record of administration in the arts and significant leadership experience is required. Incumbent will also teach one course annually in the area of their expertise.
