As NJPAC’s full-time Director of Arts Education Business Operations, you’ll play a vital role in our arts education department—reaching 100,000+ students and families every year, and transforming lives through the power of the arts.
You’ll be our financial leader, overseeing general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly projections, program budgets and more.
You’ll put your staff management experience to good use by overseeing one direct report and working as part of our 11-person operations team.
You’ll drive the improvement of systems and processes, including workflow, staff training and anything that can help our team be even more effective.
You’ll make sure our teaching artists are paid on time and our students get the financial aid they need.
You’ll work with our Development department to manage grant money received and grant reporting.
You’ll manage our online class registration platform, maintaining enrollment data and compiling statistics and reports.
