This position reports to the Executive and Artistic Director at the Weidner Center and is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing programs targeted toward existing and new patrons. The Senior Director will serve to align the Weidner Center's sales goals with its branding and marketing programs, as well as align the patron experience from online interactions through venue attendance.

Bachelor’s Degree in arts management, marketing, business, communications or related field;
8 years marketing and sales experience with progressive management experience;
Professional and proactive work ethic;
High competence in project management;
Strong organization and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly with confidence and credibility.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.;
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets;
Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce;
Availability to attend evening and weekend events as requested and required.
Experience in an arts and culture related field.
