The Executive Director will work in deep partnership with the organization’s Founder and Artistic Director Jeannette Sorrell to drive revenue growth while finding new ways to promote the group’s much-heralded artistic achievements. The Executive Director will have the opportunity to help lead an artistically excellent organization, developing and leading new and creative ways to increase fundraising, while also working collaboratively to expand organizational capacity and sustainability through innovation and strategic planning. As a top-level strategist, the Executive Director will be an ally to the expansive vision of Apollo’s Fire’s Artistic Director and will establish freshly significant relations with its Board of Directors and the greater Cleveland community. The Executive Director’s love of music, enthusiasm for fundraising, and talent for bringing the best out of a small and effective staff will be obvious.
