Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts seeks a Production Assistant (Seasonal, early May – mid-September) to coordinate catering, dressing room hospitality, and ground transportation needs for touring personnel. Provide show coverage and supervise driver and hospitality staff backstage. Assist venue staff with general non-production-related duties, such as answering phones, making copies, posting signs and cash reconciliation. Prior concert experience preferred, excellent communication and time management skills, and computer proficiency. Candidates must also be at least 21 years old, available 40-50 hours a week from May-September and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must pass a background check. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, produces and presents a full range of performance and education programs in the Greater Washington area, as well as nationally and internationally.
