CAMI Music is seeking a dedicated Artist Servicing Coordinator to support our roster of touring artists, attractions, orchestras and special productions. Duties will include coordinating travel (including procurement of visas and work permits), advancing artists’ performances with leading concert venues around the globe and providing general support to Artist Managers and Producers.
Contracts administration - manage all aspects of the contracts process from creation of initial deal memo through final execution of long-form contract. Enter, track and update contract status in company database.
Tour production - coordinate all logistic and budgetary needs of CAMI Music produced tours. Maintain day-to-day operating budget to track tour expenses and income; create tour itineraries; book all travel (flights, ground transportation and hotels); compile and submit visa applications; facilitate equipment rental and transport; coordinate load-in, sound check/ rehearsals, stage set-up and load-out; liaise between venue stage/ production crews and orchestra company managers; schedule press and outreach activities
Travel & Logistics - serve as principal point of contact between artists, venues and press. Ensure that all productions meet specifications of contract and artist rider. Support individual artists’ travel, production and promotional needs. Maintain up-to-date bios and photos for CAMI Music website and presenter programs; book travel and hotels; liaise with press for interview requests; track all artist payments create monthly financial statements.
MUST be skilled in international travel, artist schedules and visas
Administrative support - provide administrative and office support as needed including answering phones, scheduling meetings and arranging follow-ups with presenters
Ad Hoc assignments as needed.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Two years' related professional experience, knowledge of performing arts and the music industry at-large preferred
Verbal and written proficiency in English a must.
Must be highly organized, motivated, flexible, and able to balance multiple competing demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to interact with a highly diverse group of constituents within and outside the United States.
Must be able to handle confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion.
A high level of energy, initiative, and creativity is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
