Luther College seeks a full-time Associate Director for Campus Programming. Position includes; responsibility for marketing Luther College facilities for summer conferences and for managing and coordinating the scheduling, planning, and hosting of summer conferences; for coordination of special academic year programs and Summer Camps; and for general assistance in the Campus Programming Office.
A Bachelor’s degree required; post B.A. training helpful. Successful candidate will have demonstrated successful experience in project management, conference planning and management, programming for large and small groups, or related background. In addition, demonstrated skill in organization, budget control, and personal supervision is necessary. Experience and commitment to the art of public relations; an entrepreneurial spirit; approach to developing summer programming; and sensitivity to the values and mission of a liberal arts college affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is essential.
