Yale Undergraduate Production and Theater Studies seek a Technical Director to oversee all aspects of theatrical production work for a 10-14 production curricular season.
Responsibilities include: Provide robust safety oversight for production season; collaborate with staff and faculty in a range of offices; train, mentor, and supervise students during strikes, load-ins, and other tech activities; hire, train, and oversee graduate student employees; maintain and improve theater equipment; coordinate yearly workshop series; lead 2-4 workshops/year.

Demonstrated mastery of scenic construction; knowledge of lighting, sound, and projection fields; experience in education and professional environments.
